This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from REVEL (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser and approximate country. We use the approximate country only to show prices in your local currency.

Your cart, preferred currency, language and checkout address are stored in your own browser (local storage) so you don't have to enter them again. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address ("Order Information"). Payments are processed by PayPal or Bold; we never see or store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Order Information to fulfill your order: processing the payment, producing and shipping your items, and sending you order confirmations and tracking updates by email.

If you start a payment but do not complete it, we may send you a single email with a link to recover your cart. We do not send it more than once, and we never use your email for newsletters or advertising.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share Order Information only with the providers needed to complete your order: Printify and its print providers (production and shipping), PayPal and Bold (payments) and our email provider (order notifications).

4. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to soporte@revel-umbra.shop. We keep order records only as long as needed for the order, customer support and our legal and tax obligations.
