Return Policy

1. Print on Demand Nature

At REVEL, all our items are unique and produced strictly on demand. This means that when you place an order, the item is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our drops. In the rare case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

To process a claim, you must provide clear photos showing the issue and your order number. Reach out to our support team at support@revel.com.

3. Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our fault or the carrier's fault, we will cover the costs of a replacement order.

4. Invalid Address / Returned to Sender

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
